Dividing his practice between criminal defense matters and complex civil litigation, Daniel N. Arshack is the managing partner of New York City-based Arshack, Hajek & Lehrman, PLLC. He has represented both individual and business clients before state and federal trial and appeals courts across the country, and in the course of his practice he has appeared before administrative bodies and international courts as well. In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Arshack has handled cases involving visa fraud, white collar crimes, and murder. Mr. Arshack's civil litigation experience includes the defense of businesses and individuals in cases arising out of claims of professional malpractice as well as international arms dealing and securities violations. Admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, he is also admitted to practice before several federal trial and appellate courts, including the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd and District of Columbia Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States.

A 1978 recipient of a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, Mr. Arshack obtained his legal education at what was then known as Antioch School of Law in the District of Columbia, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1983.
