Mr. O’Toole graduated from the Fordham University Law School in 1992. He and his wife have endowed a needs based scholarship at Fordham Law in thanksgiving for all that Fordham helped him achieve. He is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. He is active in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association where he has chaired the association’s Labor Law Committee for the last decade.
