Attorney Devon Reiff has been helping those who have been injured as a result of someone else’s negligence for nearly four decades.  In 2007, he established his own Manhattan based Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice law firm, Devon Reiff P.C. Mr. Reiff is currently an attorney member of the Sacks and Sacks, LLP which is New York’s premier construction accident law firm.

Mr. Reiff has extensive trial experience and has vigorously represented clients who have been harmed by another party's negligence or recklessness, in cases involving construction site accidents, motor vehicle crashes, defects in premises causing trip / slip and falls accidents, animal bites, medical malpractice and negligent health care or abuse in nursing homes, and those injured by defective dangerous products. He has also represented victims of police brutality and families that have lost a loved one in an accident.

With the rise in online e-commerce, delivery trucks have been involved in more accidents over the past few years; Mr. Reiff has successfully represented those injured in commercial trucking accidents get the compensation they deserve.

Mr. Reiff is an attorney member to Sacks and Sacks, New York’s Premier Construction Accident and Personal Injury Law Firm. Sacks and Sacks represents construction trade unions, whose clients include structural-steel ironworkers, journeymen ornamental ironworkers, laborers, steamfitters, lathers, bridge painters, carpenters, and other individuals whom have been injured.

At Sacks & Sacks, Mr. Reiff and fellow S&S trial attorney, James McCrorie, won a $13.7 Million jury verdict for a union steamfitter construction worker.  In this case, Mr. Reiff, on behalf of S&S, obtained one of the highest recorded jury awards specifically for the plaintiff's wife for her derivative claim for loss of companionship and support in the amount of $3.3 Million.  

Mr. Reiff later represented a union steamfitter who was involved in the same above-mentioned accident and subsequently tried by Mr. McCrorie, which resulted in a $6.3 Million settlement during the trial just before summations. Some of Mr. Reiff’s successes with working with Sacks and Sacks include a $6.5 Million and $3.8 Million settlements for union construction iron workers.

Mr. Reiff graduated the nationally highly ranked Fordham University and Fordham School of Law in NYC.  After law school, Mr. Reiff joined the New York City Law Department.  As a member of the well-respected Manhattan Trial Unit he spent several years in the court room handling back to back trials before entering private practice with a firm that handled plaintiff's negligence, workers' compensation and Social Security Disability. He started his own law firm in 2007 and later became a member of the prestigious construction site accident litigation firm, Sacks and Sacks LLP of New York City.

Admitted to practice in New York, Mr. Reiff is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Supreme Court of the United States.
