    A leader in his field, Mr. Landau has several publications to his credit, and he has served as chair of the local rules advisory committee for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is also the former president of the Federal Bar Association and former delegate for the 9h Circuit Judicial Conference, and he has served on the executive committee for the RAND Institute for Civil Justice.
