After earning two undergraduate degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Shelley received a law degree from Villanova University School of Law. During his time there, he served as editor of the school’s law review.

With years of experience handling cases surrounding commercial law, Mr. Shelley can assist clients through every step of litigation. He begins with a deep dive into the issues, taking the time to understand a client’s goals for the case. He then aggressively advocates on the client’s behalf during trial and has been successful with a number of appeals. Mr. Shelley has worked extensively with franchise owners as well as information technology firms.

A published author, Mr. Shelley has contributed several works to franchise law journals. He also shares his legal knowledge with others by serving as a panelist or speaker at law symposiums. Mr. Shelley is a member of the American Bar Association, the International Franchise Association and the New York State Bar Association.
