Ms. Morrison also performs preventive employment counseling, and she assists employers with establishing, developing and implementing effective employment policies and practices that help enhance employee/worker relations and that minimize the risk of costly employment lawsuits.  

Before founding her own firm, Ms. Morrison clerked for a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and she worked in prominent New York City-based private law firms.

Ms. Morrison graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She received her law degree from Cornell Law School.
