    A practicing lawyer for over 15 years, Ms. Ferreira is a dedicated and passionate advocate for her clients and their families. She has established herself as a strong litigator and negotiator and as a respected member of the legal profession. She holds licenses to practice law before all New York state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

    Along with her law practice, Ms. Ferreira is committed to staying involved in her legal community. She sits on the Board of Directors of the New York Women’s Bar Association and is a member of several groups and committees of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

    In 1999, Ms. Ferreira graduated with honors from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in Portuguese and Brazilian studies. She went on to earn her law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2003. While attending law school, she served as symposium editor of the Fordham Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.

    Prior to joining Meenan & Associates, Ms. Ferreira spent several years working for a New York Supreme Court judge, handling guardianship and matrimonial matters. She brings that experience to her law practice, guiding clients to the best resolution to their situation.
