Action brought in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Action sought return of 66 artworks given to defendant pursuant to a certain consignment agreement executed by the parties.  The Court (Rakoff, J.) found in favor of Plaintiff, after trial. The Court found that the defendant had breached his fiduciaty duty to the Plaintiff, the artist, and directed that all paintings be returned., 2010
