As the former managing partner with distinguished New York law firm Pomerantz LLP, Marc I. Gross has more than 30 years of experience in securities litigation. He has had numerous high-profile achievements with securities fraud class-action lawsuits, antitrust disputes and consumer cases. Mr. Gross attended law school at New York University School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in New York; and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Courts for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona; and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 8th Circuits; and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Gross serves as vice president of the Institute for Law & Economic Policy and formerly served as a mediator for the Supreme Court of the State of New York's Commercial Division. He has also served as an officer for the National Association of Shareholder and Consumer Attorneys.
