One such case resulted in the New York State Court of Appeals affirming the largest judgment awarded to a single individual in the state’s history.

    In addition to his practice, Mr. Gaier is passionate about sharing his legal knowledge with others. He co-authors a column in the New York Law Journal and has also presented at seminars and conferences for various organizations. In 2005, he wrote two chapters of “New York Civil Practice: Weinstein, Korn & Miller,” a well-known treatise.

    Mr. Gaier has been acknowledged for his accomplishments within the legal realm by several organizations. In 2015, Mr. Gaier was included in a group of the nation’s “Top One Percent” of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
