Melissa B. Mantel

Ms. Mantel has devoted her practice exclusively to matrimonial law since 2013.  Ms. Mantel counsels clients on all aspects of dissolution and family law proceedings, including the negotiation and litigation of custody issues, child support, visitation, relocation, equitable distribution, complex financial matters, spousal maintenance, post-judgment issues such as enforcement and modification proceedings, and all other financial issues related to divorce proceedings.  She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreement, and separation agreements.  

Ms. Mantel graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, and is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.  She serves on the Matrimonial Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section.
