In 1987, Mr. Conway graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1992 and received a master of business administration degree from the Babcock Graduate School of Business Management, now known as the Wake Forest University School of Business, that same year.

Mr. Conway holds a license to practice law before the state courts of New York, Connecticut and California. He is also qualified to appear before federal courts in several different states, various appellate courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.
