A prominent civil litigation attorney, Richard A. Roth is the founder of The Roth Law Firm, PLLC, based in New York City. He represents clients, from individuals to Fortune 100 companies, in the greater metropolitan area and throughout the country. In the entertainment arena, he has represented nationally known recording artists and songwriters, record labels, agents and managers, motion picture production companies and studios, producers, theatrical companies, stage producers and directors, print media publishers, athletes, coaches, models and photographers. His cases range from straight-forward contractual breaches, intellectual property disputes and various tort matters to serious fraud allegations. Mr. Roth received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York in 1981. He, thereafter, received his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law, Hofstra University, where he served on the Hofstra Law Review and published an article, graduating in 1984. Since then, Mr. Roth has appeared at conferences, conventions, seminars and studies where he has had speaking engagements on various aspects of the law and policy.
