- $15 million jury verdict ($10M compensatory, $5M punitive), foreign airline conspired with the mother of the same country to abduct her daughter from the U.S. in violation of father's custody order; father had not seen his daughter in six years (U.S. District Court, SDNY).
- $2.8 million pre-trial settlement ($4.5 million future value), 39-year old contracted mesothelioma after working with asbestos pipe while in college (Rockland Co.)
- $1.5 million pretrial settlement, carpenter on construction job injured by power saw jerry-rigged by his employer, causing permanent nerve damage and injury to two fingers of non-dominant hand.
- $900,000 pre-trial settlement with U.S. airline, 28-year old woman suffered third-degree burns on a thigh and stomach from spilled hot tea water during an international flight
