    As an assistant district attorney in the Queens County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Tulman was assigned to the prestigious Homicide and Investigations Bureau. His skills as a prosecutor were repeatedly recognized through awards from the New York City Police Department's Honor Legion and the Detectives' Endowment Association.

    In 1992, Mr. Tulman opened the Law Offices of Scott B. Tulman & Associates, PLLC, in New York, New York, where he focuses on criminal defense, civil litigation and appeals. Tulman & Associates have established an impressive track record of success, including a multimillion dollar civil verdict, and numerous acquittals after jury trials in serious criminal cases and reversals of convictions on appeal.
