Other construction-related issues that Mr. Tripodianos has worked on have involved the preparation and review of a variety of contracts. He has represented contractors, developers, project owners, and design professionals such as architects and engineers.

In addition, Mr. Tripodianos has an extensive commercial and residential real estate transaction practice. His experience has encompassed purchases and sales as well as the development and financing of shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, and condominiums and coops.
