He is admitted to practice in the state of New York and before the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

    At State University of New York in 2011, he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science and a major in legal studies and theater. Mr. Alba then moved on to law school at University at Buffalo School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor with a major in civil litigation. While in law school, he was a member of two national trial teams and the Jewish Law Students Association’s president.

    Director of the Bar Association of Erie County, Mr. Alba is past president of the PTSA Council. Currently he is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and the University at Buffalo School of Law Graduates of the Last Decade. Within the American Bar Association, he is on the Young Lawyers’ Committee, the Small Law Committee and the Section of Litigation. He also serves on the Criminal Law Committee, the Matrimonial and Family Law committee and the Young Lawyers Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County.
