  • DWAI-Drugs: Albany County - State Police charged client, who had run out of gas on the side of the road with traffic tickets, marijuana possession, and DWAI-drugs. At arraignment, neither the Court nor the prosecutor had the DWAI tickets, and the case was resolved with a parking ticket. Months later, the Court notified us that the police had just then filed a DWAI charge; the case was dismissed that same night on Double Jeopardy and other grounds. , 2016
