Scott W. Iseman is a Partner in O'Connell and Aronowitz's Litigation department and works on complex criminal defense matters, catastrophic personal injury cases and civil litigation. He focuses his practice on representing business leaders, public officials, and other individuals who face challenging criminal and civil investigations, particularly during trials and other adversarial proceedings.

Scott joined O'Connell and Aronowitz after serving as a U.S. Marine Corps Judge Advocate where he became the Senior Trial Counsel at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point and a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of North Carolina. Since joining the Firm, he has successfully defended individuals and corporations in complex criminal and regulatory matters at trials in state and federal court as well as before various governmental authorities and commissions.

Scott is also one of the founders of O'Connell and Aronowitz's Student Defenders practice group where he frequently defends college students during college disciplinary proceedings and in litigation challenging colleges’ disciplinary determinations.
