Attorney Ginger D. Schröder is a founding member of the Buffalo law firm of Schröder, Joseph & Associates, LLP. At the firm, Ms. Schröder focuses her management side employment and labor practice on assisting clients nationally with a broad range of legal matters in the areas of tradtional labor and employment law and select commercial litigation, which include:

Ms. Schröder began her legal career in 1991 on Wall Street in New York Ciity at the law firm of Dewey Ballantine, after earning her J.D. Magna Cum Laude. She is admitted to practice in New York State and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court have all approved her to practice in their courtrooms.
In the nearly 28 years that have passed since Ms. Schröder began practicing law, she has built a reputation as a knowledgeable and experienced attorney. As a result, she has earned the respect of her clients and her peers, as evidenced by her AV-Preeminent* peer review rating and her 5.0 out of 5.0 client review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
