    • Schultz v Excellsior Orthopaedics, 129 AD3d 1606 (2015).  Erie County Supreme Court, New York verdict of over $9,000,000.00 in a medical malpractice case where our client suffered a simple ankle fracture that ultimately resulted in an above-the-knee amputation.  Case tried for approximately one month and affirmed in its entirety by the Appellate Division., 2015
    • Schifelbine v Foster Wheeler, 4 AD3d 736 (2004), Over 23 million dollar verdict affirmed on appeal for client who fell through a roof suffering quadriplegia.  Case tried in Allegany County New York and remains one of the largest damage verdicts affirmed on appeal.
