P. Baird Joslin, Jr.

A partner at O'Connor First in Albany, New York, P. Baird Joslin Jr. has built a distinguished career as a trial and appellate defense attorney. His practice is both broad and deeply niche, centering on the defense of physicians and hospitals against medical malpractice claims, along with representing medical professionals navigating professional discipline and licensing matters. His work in the professional liability space extends across medical, dental, psychiatric and podiatric malpractice litigation, reflecting a command of the nuanced standards that govern healthcare practice across disciplines.
