With personal attention, Tim provides a customized legal solution to his clients using planning tools like Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies to provide for financial security. With elder law strategies, he is able to help families preserve their assets, and provide valuable advice and services related to long-term care and Medicaid planning and applications. If a plan is not in place for a loved one, it sometimes becomes necessary to conduct guardianship proceedings and Tim guides his clients through those troubling times.
