Mr. Cimasi earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2006 and his Master of Arts in Sociology from the school in 2015. A graduate of the State University of New York, Buffalo School of Law, Mr. Cimasi obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2013, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
