Recognized for his practical, business‑minded approach, Matthew counsels clients on leasing, subleasing, construction, architect and brokerage agreements, and related real estate transactions.

His career includes senior roles as Head of Real Estate at Fixer Advisory Group, partner at Mintz & Gold in New York, and Director & Senior Counsel of Retail & Leasing at Louis Vuitton Americas, where he helped drive the brand’s U.S. retail expansion strategy. This firsthand experience gives him unique insight into the legal and operational priorities of retail‑driven businesses.
