Christopher D. Smith

Christopher D. Smith is a founding partner and attorney of Smith and Messina, LLP, located in Blasdell, New York. Licensed to practice in the state of New York, he has successfully represented numerous clients in courts in issues involving bankruptcy law, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, debt collection, debt relief and foreclosure matters. He also advises clients on personal injury and real estate matters. 

After receiving his undergraduate degree in psychology from The State University of New York at Buffalo, Mr. Smith joined the University at Buffalo School of Law. He graduated cum laude from law school and earned his doctorate in jurisprudence. 

A well-experienced and diligent attorney with over 19 years of experience, Mr. Smith has counseled hundreds of clients and represented them in several courts in the state, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York. With his immense knowledge of several state-mandated laws, combined with extensive litigation experience, he works toward providing a very cost-effective and personal strategy for his clients.
