Mr. Rubenstein attended Adelphi University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. In his junior year, Arthur hit .448 for the baseball team , which ranked him 8th among NCAA leading hitters. Thereafter , he moved on to law school at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While in law school, he was on the Dean’s List four times and graduated third in his class. Currently, he is admitted to practice in the state of New York and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
A member of the Bronx County Bar Association, Mr. Rubenstein is also actively involved as a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and was selected to the Lawyers of Distinction. During his career, he has settled more than $85 million in cases and recently , in 2022, he settled over 70 cases totaling approximately 5 million dollars.
