Abby Zampardi has practiced law in New York for more than ten years, focusing on estate planning, probate and administration of estates, elder law, and special needs planning.  She works with individuals and families throughout New York City, Long Island, and New York State to develop personalized estate plans that protect assets, provide for loved ones, and promote long-term security.  She graduated from the George Washington University Law School in 2014.

Abby also guides executors and beneficiaries through all aspects of estate and trust administration with clear guidance and compassionate support throughout the process.  She is known for attention to detail, practical advice, and dedication to helping clients plan with confidence and peace of mind.  She is currently the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Special Needs Section (ELSN), and a Member of the Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
