Alfred Polizzotto

For over 30 years, Alfred Polizzotto III has diligently served his clients from the Brooklyn, New York, The Law Offices of Polizzotto & Polizzotto, LLC in legal matters ranging from elder law, estate planning and administration, and real estate to immigration and naturalization, family law and financial planning. A New Yorker through and through, he sees clients across all five boroughs of New York City, as well as New Jersey.

Mr. Polizzotto understands the stress and anxiety that comes with complex legal problems. His calmness throughout his clients’ cases combined with his meticulous attention to detail gives his clients comfort and the confidence that he’ll handle their matter with professionalism and poise. He is certified by the Financial Planner Board of Standards in Denver in financial planning and is also a life insurance broker in New York.

Attending Georgetown University for his undergraduate studies, Mr. Polizzotto graduated in 1987 with his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He later enrolled at the St. John’s University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1990. Obtaining his license to practice in New York and New Jersey the same year he graduated law school, he was also granted admission to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Polizzotto has been bestowed many honors and acknowledgements, including:

Furthermore, he has published articles and has participated in speaking engagements on matters related to elder law, estate planning, financial planning and more.
