His investigative sharp-sightedness later earned him a position in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Bureau at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. There, he led complex investigations into organized crime and conspiracy cases, gang-related violence, and large-scale firearms and narcotics trafficking. Mr. Spahija earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2018. He was admitted to practice law in the state of New York in 2019.
