Irene Kahn

Irene Kahn is the managing partner of Kahn Yuniver Law in Brooklyn, New York. Having practiced law for over a decade, she has extensive experience in commercial litigation and corporate advisory matters. She represents clients in matters including contracts and agreements, business litigation, employment and labor matters and corporate litigation. She brings a vast knowledge of complex litigation, regulatory compliance and corporate structuring to her practice. Additionally, she also represents clients in commercial class-action defense and healthcare law matters. 

Ms. Kahn graduated with a bachelor of business administration in entrepreneurial management from Pace University – Lubin School of Business. Her knowledge of business administration allows her to approach her cases with a deep perspective. She went on to earn her J.D. from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2014. In the same year, she earned her license to practice in New York.

Expanding her reach across multiple jurisdictions, Ms. Kahn also holds licenses to practice in New Jersey and Georgia. She is admitted to several federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Notably, she is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.

In 2025, Ms. Kahn was recognized in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her contribution to labor and employment law. As an active member of the Brooklyn Bar Association, she remains deeply integrated into the local legal community. Serving as strategic counsel to large-scale corporations with over 1,000 employees, she judiciously guides her clients through a broad range of complex legal and operational challenges. Her fluency in both English and Russian enables her to provide nuanced, high-level representation to a varied and international client base.
