Oleg Rybak

Oleg Rybak is the founder and managing member of The Rybak Firm, PLLC, in Brooklyn, New York. His practice encompasses no-fault litigation and arbitration, personal injury, declaratory-judgment defense, federal civil RICO, appellate advocacy and complex cross-border 28 U.S.C. § 1782 discovery. Managing the largest plaintiff's no-fault litigation firm by volume in Kings County, he serves over 1,000 medical providers. Additionally, he provides multilingual legal counsel, maintaining fluency in both Russian and Ukrainian.

Through his leadership at the firm, Mr. Rybak has secured over $50 million in no-fault judgments and settlements for healthcare providers, alongside more than $4 million in personal injury recoveries. His practice centers on navigating intricate insurance dispute structures and defending medical professionals against complex insurer challenges. By combining extensive trial experience with multijurisdictional and appellate capabilities, he provides strategic, high-volume advocacy focused on enforcing statutory reimbursement rights and securing client recoveries.

Mr. Rybak holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in European and Mediterranean studies and a master’s degree in European politics from New York University. He then pursued his legal education at Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2008. In the following year, he was admitted to the practice of law in New York and is also licensed in New Jersey and Florida. His admissions include the U.S. Supreme Court alongside federal district courts in New York and New Jersey.
