Scott E. Rynecki

A partner at Rubenstein & Rynecki Attorneys at Law, Scott D. Rynecki has amassed an impressive record in his representation of his clients in the New York City metropolitan area. From the firm's office in Brooklyn, he assists plaintiffs who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties in personal injury and wrongful death litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, premises liability, construction accidents, civil rights violations, animal bites and similar cases.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Rynecki attended Brooklyn College and received a Bachelor of Science in 1986. Staying in the borough, he pursued his legal education at Brooklyn Law School and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1989. Mr. Rynecki is admitted to practice before all New York and New Jersey state courts

A lifetime member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Mr. Rynecki has recovered many millions of dollars for his clients. Among his representative results, Mr. Rynecki obtained a $9.5 million settlement on behalf of two young children whose mother was killed when she was struck by a bus and a $3 million settlement for the family of a man who was shot and killed by a police officer. Highly regarded by his fellow professionals for his track record and high degree of ethics, he has been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100, an invitation-only organization.

Mr. Rynecki is frequently asked to deliver presentations on topics related to his practice area to groups of fellow attorneys. He stays up to date with current developments in personal injury and wrongful death litigation techniques through his membership in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
