He began his path to becoming a well-known name in the legal profession with a Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. Moving on to Brooklyn Law School next, he earned a Juris Doctor in 1975. He has served as secretary, treasurer, deputy treasurer and member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association for over 40 years.
The New York State Captain for workers’ compensation for the American Association for Justice, Mr. Pasternack also helped found the Injured Workers’ Bar Association. He is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Workplace Injury Law & Advocacy Group and the New York State Bar Association.
