Mr. Cervi received a bachelor’s degree, dual majoring in criminal justice and political science, from Buffalo’s Canisius College, and earned his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. He holds an active license in New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.
