Mr. Mattingly is licensed to practice law before the courts in the state of New York. He was the president of the New York Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers from 2011 until 2013 and currently serves on its Board of Governors, and he is also a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
