Guy J. Agostinelli

Mr. Agostinelli concentrates his practice on the fields of corporate and commercial transactions, real estate development, financing and negotiation, and litigation with respect to construction matters. He is counsel to a wide variety of businesses as well as to real estate developers and general construction contractors. Mr. Agostinelli routinely handles engagements pertaining to mergers, acquisitions, asset-based and revolving credit financing transactions, development agreements, and design-build and construction contracts. He has also been engaged on behalf of parties in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.
