Following graduation, he gained invaluable experience at a prominent insurance defense law firm in Buffalo. After nearly 12 years of defending insurance companies, he made a pivotal decision to dedicate his career to representing injured plaintiffs. Today, as a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association, he remains committed to upholding the highest standards of legal excellence.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Ford generously shares his proficiency as an instructor and coaching assistant for the University of Buffalo Law School Trial Team. He also serves as a board member for the Northwest Community Mental Health Facility, demonstrating his commitment to serving the community.
