Joseph E. Zdarsky is a founding partner of Zdarsky, Sawicki & Agostinelli LLP and has practiced business litigation in the state and federal courts and in arbitrations for over 45 years. He has handled a wide variety of complex cases involving contracts, corporate governance, fiduciary liability, professional liability, partnership and joint venture disputes, fraud, unfair competition, and other commercial matters, including unique cases involving federal Indian law.
