Rosanna Berardi

Working out of the Buffalo office of Berardi Immigration Law, in New York, and serving as the managing partner of the firm attorney Rosanna Berardi brings an experience of more than 13 years. Her practice serves thousands of clients across a myriad of industries globally. With a dedicated team of skilled lawyers, paralegals and professionals, she has built a formidable practice known for its client-centric approach.

A first-generation Italian American, Ms. Berardi’s commitment to maximizing the client experience is evident in the firm's impeccable customer service and proactive approach to addressing clients' needs at every stage of the immigration process. This dedication has fostered a unique culture at her firm, which has earned the firm the “Best Places to Work” award twice from Buffalo Business First.

Ms. Berardi’s multifaceted immigration experience sets her apart. She began her career as an immigration inspector for the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) at the Peace Bridge while attending law school. She later served as immigration counsel at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She entered private practice in 1998 at one of Buffalo’s largest law firms. Today, she leverages her extensive knowledge of emerging trends in adjudication procedures to benefit her clients.

In March 2020, Ms. Berardi was awarded Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by Women Owned Law (WOL), a national organization supporting women entrepreneurs in the legal field. She earned her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1997 and graduated magna cum laude from Canisius University in 1994.  

Ms. Berardi also holds an active membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she serves as chairperson of the Customs & Border Protection Liaison Committee. Additionally, she is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the Bars of New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Her affiliations include the New York State Committee on Women in the Law, SUNY Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Mastery Forum and the Western New York chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
