Alexandra J. Buckley

An associate attorney with The Arquette Law Firm, PLLC, Alexandra J. Buckley represents clients in the Albany, New York, metropolitan area in matters of family law. These include civil appeals, vehicle and traffic law, residential real estate law, divorce, child visitation and child custody. Along with Albany, she also represents those in the following counties: Warren, Washington, Greene, Columbia, Schoharie, Montgomery, Fulton, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady.

In 2007, Ms. Buckley graduated from State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts and a major in both criminal justice and political science. She then attended law school at Albany Law School, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2010. For almost a decade, she has worked with clients in all matters of family law, including family offense issues, child abuse and neglect defense, adoptions, paternity, spousal maintenance, child support, child custody, prenuptial agreements and separation.

Admitted to practice in the state of New York, Ms. Buckley is also certified by the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department for the electronic filing of appeals. She is a member of the Saratoga County Bar Association, the Schenectady County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers and Family Law sections of the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Buckley gives back to her community through volunteer work with several organizations. These include the Executive Committee of the American Diabetes Association’s Tour de Cure and the Hudson Valley Humane Society. Her passion for advocating for her clients is second to none as she helps them find a path to a successful future.
