We help individuals and couples file Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York in the Syracuse and Utica divisions.  We have filed over 7,500 bankruptcy cases since 1994.  I am the only Certified Bankruptcy Attorney certified by the American Board of Certifications in these divisions.  The following language is required by NYS Ethical Rules, DR 2-105(C)1.  "The American Board of Certification is not affiliated with any governmental authority.
