Lorenzo Rovini

Serving clients across New York from Paykin Law in Floral Park, New York, Lorenzo Rovini is an associate attorney handling matters of real estate, business and commercial disputes. Beyond his litigation work, he meticulously drafts and reviews complex merger and acquisition agreements, ensuring all legal aspects are thoroughly addressed. Additionally, he offers strategic legal counsel to startup companies, guiding them through the intricacies of formation and compliance, as well as assisting in the establishment of homeowner associations (HOAs.)

Mr. Rovini earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florence, Italy, in 2016, after which he pursued a postgraduate diploma in judiciary advocacy. In 2019 he graduated from Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Italy, where he focused his studies on white collar crimes and corporate crimes, gaining advanced insight into financial offenses, including fraud, embezzlement and regulatory violations. Before admission to practice law in New York in 2023, he completed his master’s degree in alternative dispute resolution from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

Before moving his practice to New York, Mr. Rovini gained experience serving clients in Italy. After his undergraduate studies, he served as a law clerk, providing legal counsel on real estate transactions, and business and corporate law matters. He was awarded the Best Trainee Lawyer award by the Florence Bar Association in 2018, for his trial and advocacy skills. This diverse legal experience enhances his legal acumen, enabling him to provide comprehensive solutions and strategic guidance to clients effectively.

In the legal community, Mr. Rovini is an active contributor, having served as an executive committee member of the Commercial Law and Uniform State Laws Committee and the European Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar Association. He also serves as the chair and deputy editor of the New York State Bar Association Commercial and Federal Litigation Section’s Publication Committee. As a member of the The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he stays informed of developments in his field.
