Kevin Tung, Esq. conducted multiple large-scale Federal and State Court litigation cases as the head attorney; lead teams of associate attorneys in the preparation of corporate mergers and acquisition cases and  investment capital fundraising projects, including private placement and intrastate offerings; represent securities trading brokerage firms in meeting with SEC and NASD regulatory compliance requirements; represent large real estate developers in the New York City community for condominium and other new construction projects; work closely with Attorney General’s Office for preparation and approval of condominium offering plans.
