Mark Neuhauser

Mr. Neuhauser graduated with his bachelor’s degree in business from the Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2008. While there, he served as a Medicaid coordinator at the Cliffside Rehabilitation & Residential Health Care Center for a year. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law. After graduating in 2013, he was licensed to practice in New York the same year. In law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Martin Ritholtz, and later he worked as a legal intern at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.

Representing a wide range of clients, Mr. Neuhauser assists individuals and commercial real estate developers in selling or buying homes, condos and apartments. He also helps mortgage bankers and brokers, private and bridge lenders, real estate companies and financial institutions with acquisitions, development, dispositions and construction loans.

A licensed practitioner for more than eight years, Mr. Neuhauser heads the elder law group at Neuhauser Law PLLC, helping clients with Medicaid planning, elder law estate planning and planning for people with special needs. As a compassionate attorney, he strives to make the legal process less stressful for his clients and ensures they are well-aware of the details of their case so they can make the best-informed decisions.
