Allyson D. Burger

Allyson D. Burger is a partner at the law firm Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein, LLP, located in Garden City, New York. With more than a decade of experience practicing law, she focuses her practice on family law matters and takes on cases involving divorce litigation and negotiation, pre- and postnuptial agreements, equitable distribution, spousal and child support, child custody, paternity, domestic violence and so on.  

Ms. Burger has developed a reputation for her honesty and persistence, putting her clients’ needs first, and her unshakable dedication to seeing that their needs are met as quickly and inexpensively as feasible.

With a major in English literature, sociology and social psychology, and political science, Ms. Burger graduated cum laude from Lehigh University. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2009 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a member of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law Family Court Clinic and the Cardozo Advocates for Battered Women.
