For nearly 30 years, Anthony Yovino has provided quality matrimonial and family law representation for clients in Suffolk and Nassau counties, Long Island and New York City, New York. At Tabat, Cohen, Blum, Yovino & Diesa, PC, Mr. Yovino focuses on a wide variety of family law issues, with the experience needed to provide both aggressive representation and compassionate service during a difficult time for clients. He is particularly committed to protecting the rights of children, and will work tirelessly on a case to ensure children’s lives are disrupted as little as possible during their parents’ divorce, and that they will receive the best resolution possible in child custody and support disputes.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University in 1980, Mr. Yovino earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 1983. He is admitted to practice law in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Yovino’s impressive track record has given him numerous opportunities for leadership and recognition. He frequently lectures at continuing education seminars at the Nassau Academy of Law and St. John’s University. He also regularly appears as a guest on WHPC 90.3 FM’s radio program "Law You Should Know,” and has published various articles on family and matrimonial law. Mr. Yovino is a an active member of the New York Family Law division of the American Inns of Court, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and served as chairman for the Nassau County Bar Association’s Ethics Subcommittee.
