Benjamin D. Dell

Benjamin D. Dell is a partner at Dell & Dean, PLLC, nestled in Garden City, New York. Focusing on a wide range of legal domains, including personal injury, product liability, labor law and medical malpractice, he champions the cause of his clients with unwavering determination. Before embarking on his legal career in 2019, Mr. Dell successfully obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Rhode Island in 2016. During his undergraduate years, he was an active member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and held the role of social chairman. Furthermore, he earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College – Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a recipient of a merit-based scholarship. Licensed in New York in 2019, he also holds admissions to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

During his time there, Mr. Dell served as president of the Phi Alpha Delta fraternity, also assuming the role of philanthropy chair. He further demonstrated his commitment to philanthropy by orchestrating charity walks in support of the Alzheimer's Association, dedicated to aiding Americans affected by Alzheimer's disease. In addition, his exceptional legal abilities have been celebrated through a multitude of awards and honors. Among his accolades are the CALI Awards, as well as several distinguished recognitions from Touro Law Center, including the Special Services to the Public and Community Award and the Pro Bono Service Award, to mention just a few.
