Brittany Caitlin Mangan

With over a decade of experience, Brittany Caitlin Mangan has left an indelible mark within her legal community through her pristine, client-centric practice, emphasizing personalized attention and an unwavering work ethic in helping her clients navigate their stressful family law matters. From the law office of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP in Garden City, New York, she takes on cases pertaining to divorce and separation, child custody and support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, spousal support, property distribution, paternity, child protective services and qualified domestic relation orders, among many others. 

Ms. Mangan completed her undergraduate studies in 2008, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in politics and philosophy from Fairfield University, and during her time there, she was included in the dean’ list and vice president of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society, along with maintaining athletic prowess as part of Fairfield University’s Women’s Lacrosse NCAA Division I team. 

With a fervent passion for law, Ms. Mangan enrolled at the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where her active affiliations to student organizations, such as the Family Law Clinic, and serving as president of the Public Interest Law Organization of Touro, aided her in garnering an innate understanding of the law and the positive impact it has on people’s lives. She received her Juris Doctor in 2012, and a year later, she obtained her license to practice law in New York. 

Ms. Mangan is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Matrimonial Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association (co-chair of the Member Benefits and Services Committee). For her many contributions, she has been rated a perfect score of “10.0” on Avvo, as well as hosting numerous positive client testimonials on the site.
