Academically accomplished, Mr. Barket received his Bachelor of Arts from Central Connecticut State University in 1982. Later, he went on to pursue his legal studies at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1986. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 1987.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Barket has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional leadership and service. He has served on the board of directors for The Legal Aid Society of Nassau County and held presidential roles with both the Nassau County Legal Aid Society and the Criminal Courts Bar Association of Nassau County.
